ABOUT JILL

Jiljuana J. Coleman leads the Jamerson Strategic Consulting, LLC team as Founder and Principal. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of delivering quality projects and C-Suite consulting services. She has an uncanny understanding of change management, opportunity capitalization, process improvement, and compliance. Her global clientele has spanned various industries: marketing, banking, retail, technology, government, non-profit, engineering, and construction. Jiljuana’s project management, continuity, and disaster preparedness expertise have garnered her the title of Subject Matter Expert. All projects under her leadership were delivered on time due to her proficiency, efficiency, and integrity.

She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Belhaven University and a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in International Management from The University of Tennessee. In addition, she completed a Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University and Certificates in International Business and French from Le Coll ge International de Cannes in Cannes, France. Jiljuana is a proud graduate of Leadership Memphis.

Jiljuana is a sought-after business strategist who works as an Expert-In-Residence for Epicenter Memphis, previously served as Economic Empowerment Director for the National Coalition of 100 Black Women – Memphis Chapter, and teaches as a Course Facilitator for KUM Ventures-HPP Educational Services (Nigeria).

She is a seasoned bilingual and articulate communicator who is passionate about diversity and cultural awareness. As an advocate for volunteerism and community engagement, she has served as a Disaster Team member for the American Red Cross. Additionally, she is a Certified Instructor and Reservist for FEMA’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) with the City of Memphis’ Office of Emergency Management. Jiljuana is a past debate judge for Shelby County Schools and teaches financial literacy to business owners and individuals. She is also a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs and a strategic partner with Operation HOPE, The Women’s Business Center-South, and The Catalyst Center for Business & Entrepreneurship.

She is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Institute of Management Consultants, the International Society for Organization Development and Change, SCORE Memphis, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW), and an affiliate of the U.S. DOT Women & Girls in Transportation Initiative. In 2020, Jiljuana was selected to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council.
